You are receiving the following email to secure your company data:

To complete this process, follow these steps.

Step 1:

Click on "Activate 2FA."

The following screen will then appear:

Step 2:

Open the authenticator app on your mobile device. We recommend using the authenticator app you already have. If you do not have one, we suggest downloading the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator app. On an Android device, this can be done via the Play Store, and on an iPhone, via the App Store. In this example, we use the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Step 3:

Click the + icon at the top right, and you will see the following screen:

Then, click on "Other (Google, Facebook, etc.)."

You may receive a prompt asking to allow the authenticator to access photos and videos. Choose "While using the app" or "Once."

Step 4:

Click on the account that has just been added, and you will see the following screen:

A new code will be generated every 30 seconds. Enter this code in the "Verification code" field.

Step 5:

Complete the process by clicking "Enable."
